Sorry again for the mistake, but I will finish my second idea.

The basic idea is that Genma takes Ranma to Jusenko when he is only 2-3
years old. Genma then dunks Ranma in the spring of drowned girl. This
will only change Ranma sex. He will age and develop normanly in both
sexes. 
After dunking Ranma in the spring, Genma, when Ranma's hair turns red
will examine him to find out what other changes have happened. This is
when the Guide explains the curse. Genma, do to translation problems,
understands the Guide to say the following. " The curses are _not_
permanent, and will fade in a few years" The guide is however saying "
the curses are permanent, and will _not_ fade in a few years." Genma
then takes Ranma back to Japan where he grows up.

The story becomes how will the curse change Ranma's personality, since
intead of getting it as a teenager he will grow up with it. This should
alter him, but I'm not sure how.
 
This Idea and the one in my previous post are up for grabs. I just want
to see if they are good ideas and if anybody wishes to use them.
