Please send comments or critisims to this comment starved author.  I
like to write, but I also like to please my audience... if you think it
was crappy please tell me how I could improve... if you liked it please
tell me so I know... and that knowledge might even inspire me to write
more! (oh! goody!)  Anyway, I know you've all been waiting for this
wonderful story!! (sure) And it took me a while to write (2 hours). so
with out further spamming, here you go!

                "Ryouga’s Passions"
                Part II



        When Ryouga awoke it was dark out.  He could  barely make out
the clearing he had made in the forest.  He looked around at the
devastation he had caused.  He silently got to his feet.  Ryouga was
tired.

-I need to find some place to spend the night...- Ryouga thought.

He walked on, trees to each side of him like a natural road.  He
followed the strange path, it eventually led to a cave.

-Here’s a place to spend the night...-Ryouga thought hopefully.

Ryouga entered.  A stench assailed his nose, it was a cold, clammy
smell.  Ryouga steeled himself and continued on.  Ryouga walked for what
seemed like hours, but in reality was only a few minutes.  He came to a
type of shrine.  There were lit candles all around, about a thousand
from what Ryouga saw at first...
In the middle was a small temple the size of Ryouga.  Before the temple
was also a sleeping mat.

-Hmmm...-Ryouga thought looking around.

"Oh well!" Ryouga said to himself exhaustedly.  He walked forward and
collapsed on the mat, sound asleep.

        A small creature exited the temple.  It was a scintillating
mixture of colors.  It spoke, it’s voice a mixture of tones and
sounds...

"I sense a presence..." It said.

It looked down at Ryouga.

"Wake trespasser!" It yelled at Ryouga.

Ryouga woke.

"Huh? What?" Ryouga murmured.

"You have trespassed into my domain... prepare yourself!" the creature
spoke.

"I’m too tired to fight you now... come back later!" Ryouga protested.

The creature started to grow.  It had long dangling arms that ended in
long claws.

"Ok, you asked for it!" Ryouga said, now fully awake.

The creature swiped at Ryouga, Ryouga blocked the blow with his forearm.
 Unfortunately the creatures claws cut his arm.
Ryouga concentrated his depression into a ball.  He focused it, and
moved it to his clenched fist at his side.  He did this in the space of
a heartbeat.
Immediately after the creature struck, Ryouga counter-attacked.
His fist took the creature full in the chest, Ryouga released his
revised Shi-Shi-Hokodan blast at the same time...
Needless to say, Ryouga won.

"Ha! The joke is on you... in losing, I win..." The creature gasped out
as it turned into a mist.
The mist hovered in the air for a second, then slowly entered Ryouga’s
cut.  Ryouga screamed as pain wracked his body and mind.  Ryouga felt
his conscious mind being picked clean... he gasped as he suddenly felt
every emotion.  Some were stronger than others, and they stood out from
the background of emotion.  Ryouga struggled in vain, to fight... but to
no avail... Ryouga passed out.


        The camp was quiet, Akane sat cleaning the dishes.  Ranma and
Genma had gone off to practice some more.

-I don’t understand why Ranma always picks on Ryouga- Akane thought.
-Ryouga is nice enough, but he always seems so... so removed- Akane
pondered.
-But he is thoughtful, and caring, and he never lies... unlike some
people!- Akane thought in a huff.

"I wonder what he’s up to right now?" Akane asked herself.


        Ranma and Genma sparred.  They jumped around through the forest,
attacking and defending.  Ranma threw some strikes, Genma blocked or
dodged.  Then Genma attacked... you get the idea.  This went on for some
time until...

"RANMA! I WILL DESTROY YOU!!" a voice screamed in rage.

"Huh?" Ranma and Genma stopped fighting.

A figure ran out of the brush and spotted Ranma in a tree with Genma.
It was Ryouga.  But there was something different about him...
The figure ran up to the tree and punched it.  A large crack ran up the
center of the tree and it started to fall in halves.

"Whoa!" Ranma and Genma yelled as they jumped to safety.

"Ranma! I will make you pay for all the pain you have caused me!" Ryouga
screamed.

"Ryouga... what’s wrong?" Ranma asked, a little taken aback at Ryouga’s
anger.

"Ryouga?...I’m not Ryouga.... I am Ryouga’s RAGE!" Ryouga screamed as he
charged at Ranma his head down.  Ranma leaped over him.  Ryouga kept
running and hit a tree with his head.  The tree broke where Ryouga hit
it and the tree started to fall towards Ryouga.  He reached up and
grabbed it with both hands.  Steadying himself he turned and looked at a
shocked Ranma.  He hurled the tree at Ranma with all his might.  The
tree flew at Ranma, who threw himself out of the way.

Mr. Panda stood up from a bush and signed:
Umm... Ranma I think Akane needs help with the dishes...
Mr. Panda took off as fast as he could.

Ryouga took off a bunch of headbands and started swinging them.  They
became deadly projectiles as he hurled them, leveling yet more trees as
Ranma again dodged.  Ryouga charged Ranma.  As Ryouga charged, Ranma
noticed something strange about his eyes... they were pure red.

Ryouga swung at Ranma.  Ranma barely avoided the strike, surprised at
Ryouga’s speed.
-What’s going on here? Why is Ryouga so mad? And when did he get so
good? And strong?-Ranma wondered furiously, as he was forced to dodge
yet again.
Finally Ranma saw his long awaited opening.  Ryouga had struck again and
exposed his chest for a brief moment.  Ranma concentrated for one
hundredth of a second.

"KATSU-TENSHIN-AMAGURUKEN!!" Ranma shouted pummeling Ryouga.

Ryouga laughed.
"You can’t hurt me Ranma!"

-What kind of monster is he?- Ranma wondered.

Taking advantage of Ranma’s momentary shock Ryouga charged and struck
Ranma.  Ranma went flying and struck a tree.  Ranma felt pain, it
threatened to destroy his concentration.  He pulled himself from the
tree and faced Ryouga.  Ryouga stared at Ranma, a small smile playing
about his lips looking somehow... demonic.  Ranma started to emit his
battle aura, he glowed with a fiery blue light.  Ryouga regarded him
calmly then charged.  Ranma gathered his ki as quickly as he could.
Ranma focused and then...

"HIRIU-SHOTEN-HA!!" Ranma screamed as he released his technique.

Ryouga was quickly sucked into the swirling tornado, other debris such
as small trees was also gathered.  The tornado swirled for a few more
moments, then sputtered out.  A pile of wood and leaves lay in the
middle of the small clearing.  Ranma looked at it exhaustedly.  The pile
stirred.  Ranma’s mouth dropped in shock.  The pile stirred again and a
form crawled out from the pile.  It was Ryouga.  Ranma looked around
quickly.  He spotted a fair sized branch suitable for his purposes, he
walked over and picked it up.  In the mean time Ryouga had finished
extracting himself from the debris and was slowly rising to his feet.
Ranma quickly ran over and hit him with his makeshift club.  Ryouga
collapsed.

"There! It’s over!" Ranma said victoriously.
Ryouga started to stir again.
"What? Stay down!" Ranma yelled hitting Ryouga again with the stick.
Ryouga collapsed.
"Geez! What does it take to beat you?!" Ranma demanded.
Ryouga started to stir once again.
"Awww man!" Ranma complained as he picked up a large rock.
He struck Ryouga a few times with it.
"There that should do it!" Ranma declared.
Ryouga started to get up again.
Ranma picked up an even larger rock and began to pound on Ryouga with
it.

"Ranma what are you doing to Ryouga?!" Akane demanded, marching into the
clearing.  Ranma stopped in mid-poundage.  He glanced up.

"Uhhh... Akane it’s not what you think..." He said lamely, dropping the
rock.

"Oh really?" Akane said, raising her voice.

"Yeah! He started it!" Ranma proclaimed.

"Ranma! I can’t believe you! Picking on Ryouga like that!" Akane yelled.

Ranma’s mouth opened to say something but he was cut off by Akane’s
tirade.

"You shouldn’t bully the weak! I don’t see why you always beat on Ryouga
like that..." Akane continued.

Ryouga chose that moment to get up, unharmed.

"A-Akane?" Ryouga asked.  The red in his eyes faded, turning back to
their normal brown.  Ryouga dissipated into mist.

"W-What?" Akane asked, shocked.

She glanced at Ranma.

"Don’t look at me! I have no idea what’s going on!" Ranma responded.

"Ranma I think something is really wrong with Ryouga!" Akane returned.
