Those of you who have been avidly following my progress this semester on 
my degree will be happy to know that as of 5:15 pm CST today, I have been 
awarded the Master of Arts degree in Japanese literature.  

Many congratulations!

Oh, and you may all call me "Master."

I am torn between smartaleck response A) "Geeze, one graduate degree and
she's out to take over the world", and smartaleck response B) "What, not
'Mistress'?"  <grin>
