Well, it's right in the manga.  The first thing Akane does is go 
after Ranma.  The exact same thing happens several volumes later when 
Happousai has photos of Akane during Happi's first appearance.

Yeah, but that was before she knew that it was Nabiki taking the pictures.
The photos _were_ in Ranma's hands after all.
