R.A.A.C. is the newsgroup rec.arts.anime.creative.

This is the official fanfiction newsgroup.

Authors post their fanfiction here, after about three months <g> the 
moderators finally get around to putting the fanfictions on the 
newsgroup, and each month all the fanfics posted are archived at an 
FTP site.
