Names?  Okay, some random ones for starters (I don't know that many Japanese 
names that aren't already in fanfics):
Boys: Hiro, Jamaal, Nigel (and if you name someone Chiune, make him be cool)
Girls: Aiko, Esperanza, Fatima, Junko, Nell

Ranma & Akane's- They have a son and a daughter.  The son has Ranma's
pride, but definetly not as big of a mouth.  He has red hair down near
the bottom of his neck. The daughter has black hair done up very similar
to Akane's when she was first introduced.  She also has some of Akane's
temper, only it takes more to bring out.  When it's out, look out! They
take pride in the fact that they have learned to work so well together
as a team. The son makes up the strength, and the daughter the speed.

Ukyo & Ryoga's- They have two sons.  One takes after Ukyo and is
learning to fight using the spatula's and such.  The other takes after
Ryoga (he is the stronger of the two) and is trying to learn some of
Ryoga's techniques and such.  They work fairly well together as a team,
but not quite as well as Ranma and Akane's kids. They have friendly
matches with Ranma & Akane's kids now and again to boost their skills.

Mousse & Shampoo's- They have a single daughter, who is being taught
martial arts pretty much by Mousse since Shampoo is training with
Cologne all the time.  She envies her mother most of all though, and
therefore has her no nonsense attitude when it comes to a fight.

Kasumi & Dr. Tofu's- They have a girl and a boy, but I really don't know
what to do with them! Help!

Make these two martial artists.

Kuno & Nabiki- They have a girl, but I don't know what to do with her
either! Help!

Have her be a communist.  Or one of those people who doesn't get the concept 
of money and says that "working for money for a living [instead of bartering 
or something, I guess] is a vicious demand from the people who oppress us!"

Alright, that about wraps up what I've got so far.  I will give some of
them curses eventually, but I'll worry about that when the time gets a
little closer.  Feel free to change anything I have down and suggest it
to me! Anything at all (number of kids, gender of kids, whats happening
to characters, even married couples! Anything), just give me a reason

Hmm...you sure you don't mind suggestions on changing the couples?

Okay, if you're going to keep A&R together don't just say "they realized 
they loved each other."  Have some other stuff happen after volume 38 that 
makes them bond more.  It'll be more realistic that way (in the manga they 
didn't get much further than bickering like two-year-olds, but that's just 
my interpretation...).

Also, maybe consider different pairings for the matches.  Ryoga&U, Mousse&S, 
Kuno&N, DrT&Kasumi, etc., are very obvious and have already been paired in a 
lot of fanfics.  Get creative!  For example (I'm not saying anyone has to 
use these), how would DrT&Kodachi, Herb&N, Kasumi&Ryoga, S&Tarou, 
Azusa&Mousse, Kuno&U, etc. turn out (apart from taking longer to get together)?

As for the kids and especially A&R's, strong-guys-and-speedy-girls is a bit 
of a cliche too.  And don't have all the martial artists' children be 
martial artists.
