This fellow sounds like a first class jerk. 
But I was under the impression that the net was about freedom.
His page may be crap and what he says may offend the hell out of you, but
you are not being forced to read his crap and you are free to respond to
his garbage in kind.

To ask a third party to ban him because he offends you is too much like
these concerned citizens that show up at school board meetings demanding
that this or that book be banned from the school libraries.
That is censorship and I am apposed to that. 

  If he was just expressing his opinion, ok.  However, I think that his
listing of e-mail addresses to click of anime/manga fans is over the line.
It is obviously intended to enable fellow travellers to be able to harrass
these people. 

  I don't recall seeing a threat to email bomb critics, but if so, that is
certainly out-of-bounds behavior.
