Actually there is an empty spring towards the end of the manga in
which Akane falls in and drowns, but is now known as the Spring of
Drowned Akane. 

Umm... I don't think that there is a specific "shape" that a person
comes out of the pools as.  So i don't think a Spring Of Drowned Akane
could actualy be used. 

Um, why don't you try reading the manga before opening your mouth?  The
Akaniichuan does exactly that, make you look like Akane when doused with
cold water.
