I don't know why I wrote this little thing.  Call it a whim.  Anyways, 
if anyone wants to do something more with this, be my guest.  I'm not going to.

	Fox Mulder massaged his forehead as sat looking at the report he was 
trying to write.  *There are some things that no one will ever believe.  Even 
me.*
	The case had started out simply enough, it wasn't even an x-file.  I had 
done a profile which identified the likely suspect in a serial murder 
investigation.  Scully and I had been asked to help cheak possible locations.  
The target was right where I had expected and he called for backup.  That's when 
things started geting strange.

	"Hello, you've reached the Goddess relief office, we are sending a 
representative to your location."
	Of course I had hung up and asked Skully to try.  Her call had gotten 
through.  However then a platinum blond woman with strange markings on her face 
had walked out of the Radio shack nearby.
	"Hello, your Fox Mulder, corect?"
	"Uh I'm a little buisy right now, miss?"
	"The name's Urd, goddess second class second category limited lisense.  
Anyways, you've been chosen to recieve one wish, just wish and I'll be on my 
way."
	Thing is that while she distracted me and Scully, the perp had realised 
that we were here and why.  He had tried to escape with the girl he had kidnaped 
five hours before, and held a gun to her head when he saw us in persuit.
	"Ok, If it'll get your wish made sooner I'll fix this for you."  Urd had 
said as she walked up behind us.  Before I could do anything to stop her, she 
was chanting while moving her hands slightly.  Then she pointed her hand at the 
perp and he was struck by lightning.  His hostage wasn't hurt.
	"Ok, now about your wish."
	I was just looking at the man she had just hit with a lightning bolt and 
I commented, "Wow, I wish we had someone like you on our team."
	The next thing I knew there was this brilliant light coming from behind 
me.  I turned to see Urd's entire body glowing, then a beam of light shot from 
the Triangular mark in her forehead into the sky.  She looked at me, then said 
"Uh, excuse me a moment, I need to use a phone."  She walked into the Radio 
shack, and I don't know where she went from there because our backup had arived 
and I was trying to tell them what happened without sounding like I had finally 
gone crazy.

	*Ok, no mention of Urd, just say the perp was hit by lightning.*  I 
decided that was for the best.
	"Mulder, Skinner wants to see us in his office right away."  Scully said 
from the door.
	I looked at my partner a moment, then stood up and put on my jacket.  
"Let's go then."

	Skinner wasn't alone in his office.  there was a woman with platinum 
blond hair siting in front of the desk.  "Ah, good morning, let me cut to the 
chase, this is your new partner."
	The woman got up and turned around.  Urd, goddess second class second 
category limited lisense, looked a little different in a grey suit but she 
filled it out well.
	"Hi, I'm agent Urd Wishbringer.  It'll be a pleasure working with you."
