Post your fics to the newsgroup rec.arts.anime.creative, the same way
you would post messages to any other Usenet group. RAAC is moderated, so
it will take some time for your fics to show up.

If you don't know how to post on Usenet, ask the technical support
people at your system how to access their Usenet server. If your system
does not have a Usenet server at all, you may read and post by pointing
your WWW browser to Deja News http://www.dejanews.com or Alta Vista
http://altavista.digital.com .
