This always made me wonder... if Ranma found the spring of the

Or does Ranma turn into ANOTHER boy when splashed with cold water?
Since the Instant Nannichuan didn't turn Ranma into a hermaphrodite, or
Genma into a man-panda, I think it can be safely assumed that Nannichuan
itself is not a cumulative, but rather an overriding curse- that is, it
eliminates all other Jyusenkyo curses in favor of itself... and since
neither Ranma or Genma turned into anyone else, I'll argue that
Nannichuan only changes its victims into male versions of themselves,
which would make it an effective cure for any male curse victims.
Whether or not Nyannichuan would work for Shampoo in a similar fashion
is up to debate.
Of course, the cumulative nature of Tarou's condition might be due to
getting splashed rather than dunked- although since I haven't seen the
incident itself I'll leave that to the more studious on this list.
And, of course, let us remember the First Practical Rule of Writing;
The world conforms to the Writer, not necessarily the Writer to the
World.
Meaning if you're sick enough to want a story with a hermaphroditic
Ranma, by all means go ahead and chalk it up to cumulative Jyusenkyo
curses-- and watch the flames roll in. };-{D
