John Walter Biles sort of followed this idea in "Putting your heart in the
right place" except that the water was non-permanent (one-shot actually)...

don't forget Mousse trying to turn Ranma + Akane into duck curse..
though we'll never know if it woulda worked..

Yaz-nii-chuan, That's how it's pronounced. Can't remimber how to spell it. 
Muumuu-chan was Mousse-duck's stage name.
