John Walter Biles sort of followed this idea in "Putting your heart in the
right place" except that the water was non-permanent (one-shot actually)...
not powerless.

don't forget Mousse trying to turn Ranma + Akane into duck curse..
though we'll never know if it woulda worked..

but i probably would have because of the tiger that was splashed with spring
of cursed duck ( i can't spell the actual name of the water... )

Wasnt it "muumuuchaun" or something like that? Or was that the name of
Mousse's cursed form?
