Zen just CANNOT see 'Poo as the Goddess of Wisdom, nor Mallet-Girl
as the Goddess of Love.

OK, let's walk through this a step at a time.

Athena is the goddess of wisdom.  She is the smart warrior, good at
managing her resources, somewhat shy, rather independent.  Of the Ranma
three, Ukyou matches this template the best.

Hera is the goddess of marriage and the home.  She is quite vengefull
and never forgets a slight.  She will destroy any woman her man
seduces.  This all sounds like Shamp, no?

Aphrodite with her sweet or mocking laugh might best fit the Kuno girl.
so at this point I'll admit that the real trilogy I'm working on has a
character halfway between Aphrodite and Aries in this slot.  She has
domain over all passions of the body and a very strong sense of the
right.  My "Red" goddess matches to Rei Hino, Eiko Magami and Akane
Tendo.

Note that Green (Hera) doesn't mind whose fault it was, if her man did
another woman, then she's going to die, but if Akane sees another girl
kissing Ranma, she'll hit him, because it's probally his fault.
