Hey people, I hope I'm doing this right, as I'm not sure about the
address, and I need a question answered, so I thought I'd try both at
once.
	First of all, Does anybody know where Ranma's mom Nodoka lives?  Is her
house in Nerima, or is it in another city?  and if so, how long does it
take to get there?  Also, what are the winters like in Japan?  I'm
working on a fanfic, and answers to both questions would be useful
