I think the problem people have with your reviews (and the Tea Kettle
review, and other brief C&C) isn't entirely that they're negative, but
also that they're negative and non-constructive.  Your reviews boil down
to little more than "I like this" and "I didn't like this."  Without any
reason given, or suggestions to improve, you can see how it would be
interpeted as a dis.

Regardless, I think your reviews, and that Tea Kettles review, have a
place on the list.  Most of the stories here are ignored, and even a "like
this" or "don't like this" is better than nothing.  Also, it's clearly no
more than your opinion, it's better than spam, it's well-marked, and it's
easily deletable.
