Yes, but as he was born and raised in the USA, 5'6" for a male _is_ small.
(Average height is between 5'8" and 5'10" for men.)

And yes, Akane and Ranma-chan are _small_.  That's partly why I think they're
so kawaii. ^_^

Ok, now I have a few questions for everyone.  

1)  I have pretty much decided that Veyon will _not_ like the fact that 
Ranma has three fiancees if he finds out.  He'll probably say as much, to 
Ranma's face.  My question is, the way Ranma is, what would be his 
reaction to someone basically telling him, flat out, "You're a 
three-timing jerk because you keep these nice girls hanging onto what's 
basically a pile of empty promises!"?  Would Ranma take it, or beat the 
crud out of our little gymnast?

Ranma will not fight him but he will get defensive about it. It is possible
he could convince Veyon that it is not his fault he has so many fiances and
possibly that he is not leading Shampoo on, but  because he can not fight
Veyon and he won't run away he might have to face some hard truths about
his relationship with Akane and Ukyou. I think Ranma could really use a
friend that is not a martial artist and is not afraid to speak his mind. 
  

Right...it might end up that way, I'm not sure.  I just know he won't 
like the idea when and if he finds out. ^_^

2)  As I said earlier, I plan on having him get involved with someone.  I 
don't know who, other than it probably _won't_ be one of Ranma's 
fiancees.  I need suggestions.  (And no, he wouldn't put up with Kodachi 
or Azusa for a second.)  Fanfic characters are ok, as are possibly 
crossover characters, as has been suggested.  (BTW, UY takes place in 
Tomobiki,

I do not know this for a fact but when this was brought up before someone
mentioned that Tomobiki is the name of the high school in UY and that it is
in Nerima

Actually, I think it was originally intended to be that way, but got 
changed later.  Look at the second UY movie, where Megane and one of the 
guards is riding the train.  They get on and get off, and show the sign, 
and it's (some prefix)Tomobiki-cho
