*AHEM* HTG is under my jurisdiction. But you are right. It is time
to give him some more "encouragement".

Uh, I guess Mouse is the most visible DBTFH, and I know he keeps the
lists. 8)

*piku piku* Mouse is the most visable? I've done almost all of the
recruiting and answered every post that included the DBTFH. Actually, Mouse
does the lists because between coordinating everything else, liason
with Foxtrot, and my own substantial list of people I haven't had time
to do it myself. Oh, well.

Maybe I should put it this way. I'd remember there were DBTFH's around,
but not remember who was who, if it weren't for Mouse. I *remember*
Mouse because he's quite personable. 8)

Hey, I thought you said you weren't going to spam the list with DBTFH
stuff, and now you're telling me you're answering every post that
mentions them. What gives? ;)

Stargazer, do me a *tiny* favor. I *WANT* that fic he timelined. *evil
grin*
What can be arainged, *will be* <insert evil, sadistic grin.>

Arraigned? In a court hearing? I don't think you're gonna get the
proper verdict that way... *giggle*

But don't be so hard on the boy. SMILE when you shove 10,000 volts in
his face. 8)
No, i prefer fear to actually zaping them. It gets more done. before
break i had most of my authors posting updates to the list, and I hadn't
actually had to zap more then one person in two weeks at that point.
                        >:) >:)

Heh. I don't think anyone's actually afraid of it, though they might
pretend to be. Let's face it, author prodding is a rather ridiculous
pasttime. Capitalize on that, and bank on it. Make 'em smile. ;)

You really need to work on your routine. Ya have to prod the authors
and make them *like* it. ^_- (Saidomasochism aside, that is ;)
Nonononono. If they like getting zapped, then they would delay their
'fics inorder to get more. Fear is a *much* better motivator,
especially if they're correct to be afraid. >:)

Well, if the idea is that they're *not* going to like getting prodded,
then it's just going to get annoying at some point. That's no good.
Make it fun.

Think about it for a minute. What purpose does prodding *really* serve,
other than to amuse the list? It reminds the author that they've got an
unfinished fic that people want to see. Maybe they've been busy with
other things and have kinda put it off for a while. If they have the
time to work on it and you give them a humorous reminder, I think you'll
get more results than "fear". Of course, if they don't have the time,
no amount of prodding will do any good. Then again, you seem to be
doing pretty good on that point anyway.

* Damon decides he's harped enough on the subject, and puts away said
stringed instrument. ;)
