As for me, I would have loved to mail my request (for TGACFH!) to the
author(s), but I did not have the address.

Usually, I check out the RAAC archive before posting a request, but I
couldn't find that there.

BTW, many thanks to Chris Willmore for sending me TGACFH!  I appreciate
