If you just got positive C&C on your fic, please do not be overly
humble and put your fic down.  

        There is nothing worse than telling, in a roundabout way, the C&C-er
that he/she had just given high marks to a mediocre fic.

        Humbleness is good but a disillusioned C&C-er is not.

        Those who know what I'm talking about will know if this message
relates to them or not...
