water to Ranma.  Since their now in each other's minds, Akane can't hit Ranma 
(Well she can but she'll have to put up with the pain to)  Also there's the 
question of what'll happen when Akane overhears some of Ranma's thoughts

about: 

Her, Ryouga/P-chan, his feelings for her, etc.
