                            Dispatch #1

John 'Phd Wannabe' Biles and Travis 'The Professor' Butler are
missing and feared in Trish Ledoux's clutches. 'Lucky' Lawson had no
explanation on just how *he* managed to escape while the others
didn't. Rumor has it Kun-chan could only 'handle' two at a time and
Richard proved to be the 'odd' man out, so to speak. But I'm not the
type to spread rumors.

Not sure just where Jimbo is at the moment... but fortunately I'm not
stuck in Trish Ledoux's clutches. Unfortunately, I *am* currently chained
to my kitchen table, guarded by the Fanfic Investigation Team (a.k.a.
Windir, Frito and Lyra), sometimes assisted by the Mysterious
Trenchcoated Figure. The MTF keeps hinting about other authors dropping
by to join in the fun. I'm not sure I'm buying.

They say I'm stuck here until I get the 'Scoop of the Day' review
finished. I don't know about that... maybe, since Lyra's generally fair
and Windir's a stickler for keeping his word. But the other factors...
once this is done, they'll lose their status as revenging characters, and
become fair game themselves. I'm not sure how much they like that. Then
again, they might not even realize that... <wry g> For that matter, once
this is over, there's the chance that *I'll* become fair game again...
Bugs will probably let it go, slapstick is part of his stock-in-trade...
but as Zen found out, the Lovely Angels are not so forgiving.

Hmmm. This could get interesting. Perhaps the basis for a new partnership
when that point comes? I've always wanted a Tardis, and if I can talk
Windir into revealing how to work that 'resonance' trick he used to bring
the FIT here...

Uh-oh. I think they've come back...
