Though Netscape's allocation is nothing to sneeze at either, these days. 
Netscape 3.0 has a recommended size of about 9 MB; around 14 MB if you're 
using Live3D. :( (!@%!!^!@#$! bloated apps!)

You want bloatwear....try MS Office...Word is 17 megs, Excel 17, Power Point 17
Clip art n' stuff 20 megs....ugh...it can run you up to 80megs or more
sometimes...
