Photoshop's the killer. Typical allocation is between 8 and 16 MB; if 
you're editing really *large* images, like 300dpi 24-bit color scans, 
I've talked to people who give Photoshop 128 MB of RAM. YIKE!

Though Netscape's allocation is nothing to sneeze at either, these days. 
Netscape 3.0 has a recommended size of about 9 MB; around 14 MB if you're 
using Live3D. :( (!@%!!^!@#$! bloated apps!)
