	Herb is the king of some dynasty in China (Musk, I think).  He is not
too forgiving, as he made Ranma stuck in permanent girl form just
because Ranma humiliated him.  Don't know his attacks, but they're all
chi-based attack and all somehow related to dragon.  Herb is the
descendant of the dragon, btw.
