I've noticed a pattern here so far. The original poster said "'reviews'
on
authors", not "reviews of fanfics". I don't know about you folks, but I'd
like
to think that there is a difference between the two. Reviews/C&C of fanfics
are part of what this list is for. "Reviews" of the authors themselves border
on getting personal since we're talking about the people themselves, not their
works.
In other words, saying that a fanfic sucks is one thing. Saying that the
author sucks is another, and one I don't particularly care to see.
Well spoken. Hey, whoever-it-was-that-made-the-origional-post, if you want to
keep the 'author' part, then review several fics done by someone, then allow
the people you are sending the review to decide whether the author is good or
not. Sounds a bit more 'civil' to me.
