Have you ever READ the Original Manga?  Ranma may be many things to many
people, but a casanova is NOT one of them.  He doesn't have any time for
chasing girls.  He's constantly going on training trips, taking on strange
people, including the current cast, gets engaged to at least 2 girls (Who
knows how many Genma has promised him to....), 2 of them want him for his
body, the other 2 want him period, and because he was away from his mother
at a tender age, he doesn't get the proper upbringing he deserves.  I mean,
if YOU were constantly training for the next 15 years, you would be possibly
sexist too.  He never learned how to use tact.
After all...like father, like son.  If you want to blame anyone, you blame
his father.

He doesn't deserve all the hits or the slaps he's taken, he's just telling
it like it is.
Everyone else knows this too.  If Ranma wanted to, he could've left her for
all the abuse she gives him.  Akane has no patience, or gets rattled VERY
easily.  If he wanted to marry someone who can cook, he would've married
Shampoo, or Ukyou.  BUT he likes her.  That's why he puts up with all the
abuse.  As for his
indecisiveness, that's part of his character.  Takahashi-sensei made it so.  

The main reason he's Egotistical, is that HE is the BEST martial artist of
his generation.  No one comes close, period!

Re-read your manga again.
