What is a "Blood Bond?" The Book(tm) mentions this in it, but it never
explains what it is. Could someone help a confused psychiatric patient out?

Blood bond is created when a Vampire gives blood to someone 3 times.  That
person then knows that the Vampire is his best friend and will allway's
suggest things that is in the person's best interest.    If the Vampire is
killed or stops giving blood for a couple of months the blood bond will
fade unless you take more blood from that source.
