While this was pitiful at the beginning, this is just plain juvenile now. 
Remember the thing your parents tell you when you were really little?

If you are gonna have hate-mail wars, do it privately. And if someone 
says something that isn't right, just ignore it! It doesn't have to 
escalate into something that could ignite WW 3. 

Now, here's a question. 
	If someone gives another a gift, and the gift is refused, who 
owns it?
