Ok, I just saw a review by Piccolo on the Crys Saga.

Now, from what I've hear from people, the Crys Saga set somewhat of a
precedence(sp) from self inseritions. I hear people didn't like it
because the author made himself too powerful. I also heard that people
dont' like stories where the author 1. beats Ranma and becomes the hero
and/or 2. Solves everyone's problems.

Now I read the review and a few replies saying that the Crys Saga is one
of the best FanFicts out there. Now, what is wrong here? Is it just a
variety of opinions or are there just a lot of hipocrits around?

Sorry Jack - No Hyppocrite here. The Crys Saga is FAR from one of the best
fanfics out there, though th Author of that piece has written some REALLY
good stuff. (He wrote a really well done Ranma 1/2 - Mamono Hunter Yohko
Crossover for example)

For the best in Ranma Fics? Sheesh - There are so many *really really*
good ones out there: Dave Harper, Misa-chan, John Biles, Jeff Hosmer, Mike
Loader, Matthew Trotter, Richard Lawson, and loads more have so many really
enjoyable fics....

Personally, Zen does not much care for "Mary Sue" fanfiction - there has to
be something *really* special or unique about it before Zen will take it
very seriously. Not sure why, but is so.

Best advice Zen can give is to read the Crys Saga and decide for yourself...
