i assume because a complete cast of characters is already characterized.
therefore i don't have to do it.  when i write i wanna write a losery
one week story, not a month story because i have to develop characters.
however, i am writing an original story i call "Fear" about a lone
soldier in World War III...and i'm writing a crossover called...
try not to blanch...Command & Conquer : Ground Zero Nerima (the
Brotherhood of Ran versus the Global Ditz Initiative)...the
attractiveness factor...Ryoga's fucking gun...that's it!
