Dr. Stingray was murdered in 2022.  The Quake was in 2025.  ADP was founded
in 2027.  And the story proposal had ADP accused of murdering Sylia, not her
father  : )

Thanks for clarifying.  I accidentally deleted the story proposal, so i 
had to rely on memory (and mine is not the most reliable, I fear.)
