This one doesn't seem much different from before; I still love it! 
Just some little things I noticed--

She had put on slightly tighter pants, probably an older pair, and her
[jacket wasn't completely unbuttoned,]
-->jacket wasn't completely buttoned

[Ranm] said, sharply, "Just don't EVER
-->Ranma

Akane added, "I know that you were in love with me to... So WHY did
you lie?!
-->In a previous chapter... [she knew Ryouga had some kind of an
attraction for her]  So she wasn't exactly sure that he loved her...
or is she just really angry and saying whatever pops into her head?

My apologies if you've fixed these already...

Keep writing!!  Things are getting tense.  I've never seen Akari, but
I still think Ryouga should be going for Ukyou...  That fool, she's
right under his nose...!
