You and I are on completely different ends here. I'm making the assumption
that MZ takes some pride in that he is the head and only working volunteer
for RAAC. I'm also saying that I think that pride is what's keeping him
from accepting help. I know that this is assuming a lot, but I have read
quite a few things (and no, I don't have them handy to quote) in the past
couple of years that support this.
What I was suggesting was that we give him some friendly provocation (or
possibly with my suggestion a better word might be competition) to either
get him to devote time to the group either a little more regularly, or to
recruit some volunteers to work on the group when he cannot. One way to
do this would be to start a group like alt.anime.creative.fast. There
may be another way to do this, but I can't think of one.
