I know of two that carry it... news.calstate.edu(good server), and
news.calpoly.edu(decent server). You might want to talk to your
sysadmins(try news@<whatever your domain name is>) about getting it added to
your server. 

Compuserve carries it as well, but last time I looked msn did not.
