In a well-hidden back room, somewhere in the Suburbs of the MUX, 
amongst massive computer equipment and electronnic displays, a lone 
figure in a black leather jacket makes an adjustment to a large 
electronic table map. After his adjustments, the public access 
TARDIS, and Kendra's treehouse are colored yellow on the map.

    The figure turns and dons a military helmet with three stars on 
it.

    "They want a war, they've got one."
    
    
    The figure shudders at the mistake he made with Jimbo Viles.
    
    "Never again!"
    
    He unlocks a cabinet, and pull out one of the most fearsome 
weapons of destruction ever concieved.

    "Wait'll they get a load of me..."
    
    
                                It has begun.
