  I was introduced to AMG about a week ago,, and I've only seen the first
five episodes -

There are ONLY 5 episodes of AMG anime.

but I did notice the touch of Kasumi Syndrome  that

Belldandy seems to have. She actually seemed to only have two
modes....Kasumi mode and In-tears-over-Keiichi mode.<<

That's obvious considering they were both done by the same VA. I think that Belldandy is what Kasumi would have been like if Kikuko-san had the opportunity to portray her as she wanted. 
Belldandy also has a I'll-get-you-for-hurting-Keiichi mode which she doesn't use very often these days.
