   Yes, I am planning on running with the idea. Hell, that was the 
basic idea for a screenplay I wanted to write.  But I decided on 
another plot. And as for the fic, as soon as I figure out what Carmen 
could steal to get those three criminal networks after her, I'll 
start work on it.

How about something that was symbolic to one orginization, which has been
stolen/held by the second that the third was just getting ready to steal
when Carmen beat them to it?
