Well, you've definitely got Mihoshi's character down...
Flighty, panicky in pressure situations, bubbleheaded...
Who's Kiyone, though?  I've only seen the Tenchi OVAs (the dub, 
regrettably) and was wondering the source of the character.  
I've not seen the Mihoshi special, so I don't know if she's from there, 
or if you created her.  If you did, good job.  An excellent foil to 
Mihoshi's antics.
