Sig characters appear in people's .sigs.  They started popping up all
over the place.  I have one, Rob has many, Joyce has many, WW has
one of Rob's, etc.....

IMO, only Rob's are the ones that are able to appear in fiction,
the rest of them are just plain weird.

   A-ko:  I beg your pardon?
   Miko:  *We* appear in fiction.
   B-ko:  You should know--you've been prodding our author about it.
   C-ko:  She thinks we're weird!  WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
