     Nothing personal, but you have a grammatical error in above sentence.
This is correct:

   problems mentioned above could hinder the doctor's speed.

Barring....computer.  was a sentence fragment.
Full ....speed.  was a run-on centence with a missing comma after "course".

You'd think that doctors would have better english.... God knows they need
something to offset the handwriting. :)

(This post, as yours, is to be taken as humor, which I have a very bad
sense of) <--Now, how's that for a sentence to kill an english teacher. :)
