Yeah, Bink's immunity to harm from magic controls entire situations and
occationally seems to alter destiny.  Always, of course, in subtle ways.
Which reminds me, another story I've always wanted to see is a Ranma 1/2-
Xanth crossover.  Something where the whole Ranma gang somehow ends up in
Xanth (probably while following Ryouga for some reason).  Once there,
they find out about Magician Grey Murphy and figure he can cure their
curses, and spend the story trying to get to his castle.  Of course,
with love and hate springs, the Gap Dragon, nymphs, elves, harpies, etc.,
there'd be lots of stuff for them to do.

The natives are going to be really surprised at their multiple "talents".
("He has super-speed, an energy-blast, *and* changes into a girl?!")
Happosai will likely be killed by the first Sorceress he encounters.  Ryoga
vs an ogre in arm wrestling!
