I agree with Lizsue....accents are not a sign of 

stupidity! and the other two could have studied chinese before. 

        As someone who someday hopes to be able to speak at least poorly in
7 different languages, I should hope that accents aren't a sign of stupidity.

The way Shampoo acts is a much better sign of her stupidity.  She's almost
as quick as Kuno.
