Shouldn't Akane call Kuno "Kuno" or even "Kuno-san"? It seems pretty
obvious that she's not happy with him, so she shouldn't use
"-chan". But then, I don't really know much Japanese.

Better yet, if memory serves she always called him "upperclassman 
Kuno" or "Kuno-Sempai"

 
Not really..Since they are going out in this dimension , I think Kuno 
would allow Akane to address him as Kuno-chan A la Mamo-chan in Sailor 
Moon...
