Hi everyone! ^_^
Hi Michael! Welcome to the List!
Yo, Mike, what's up!? Actually, ignore that question.
Heh! Almost . . .
Most of the 'debate' about what can be posted to the Fanfic Mailing list has >> been
covered very well already but if you're thinking of submitting an 'original'
story, ask yourself whether it would make a good anime series and does it
fit the Fanfic style? (There's another opening for a debate ;)
Fanfic style!? Fanfics is a word made from two words squished
together, right? Fan, as in fanatic (heh) and fic, as in fiction. So, I
don't think there can be a fanfic style, but of course theres are your
usual preferences of writing.
When a fanatic writes fiction does that not constitute a style or merely a
type of fiction?
This brings up a couple of questions I have- First, does anybody know of >> any
other (Sci-Fi, Fiction etc.) 'writing' mailing lists? And secondly, Jeanne H. >> made
me ponder this- how does everyone feel about a BubbleGum Crisis Fanfic
contest? Not enough stories? Not enough readers? Has Bert won already?
What are your thoughts?
First off, Bubblie Gum Crisis stank worse than my undies and your
undies too. There probably was a flood of BGC stories a while back when
it was the only animation people have seen in a long while since
Ahhhh . . . nah I'm not getting into that ;)
Robotech, and a couple still popo out once in a while, too much for me.
There are enough readers, I think. I guess more than the usual. I don't
have any thoughts at all, its constantly empty since the crap I think up
anyway goes straight to the loo.

How about this Roy? A Fanfic contest that had voting categories for all the
various anime?
