I forgot the URL, but in the Mega-Tokyo homepage there's a picture and 
discription of Nene's home from the OVAs and holy BGC B-Club special.  
But it's just a description of the apartment complex... no floor plans... 
But the picture of the outside and the description of what kind of 
place it's supposed to be would help you alot.

You also might want to look at Linna's, Sylia's, and Leon's homes, to 
give you an idea of what homes look like in Mega-Tokyo.
