I am looking for a name that covers the technique well, flows off the
tongue when yelled, and generally doesn't sound 'too' corny.

I don't speak Japanese but how about in English

Grasp of the Mountain?

Mountains are normally seen as imovable.
Now this would only be the basic "Lock" techiques name
but it does describe it's basic effect.

Too metaphoric, and it doesn't flow well (role off the tongue)
